Sorry to bug you again, but I think this question might relate to most ovens of an age?

With regard to the blower, supply to the Hall Effect device is coming in at 18vDC which seems high to me, I'd be thinking 5vDC.
But I'm in pro audio so ...?
The sig leg of the Hall Effect goes to 2vDC and then the F34 error appears.
Any thoughts or idea as to these voltages if they seem right? Or still this Therma is not in your experience.?
