I don't know much about Thermador, but I found these...

Faulty air switch or a damaged wire.
F34 is an error code that appears on Thermador ovens when there is an issue with the upper oven cooling fan or the airflow for the upper oven. The error code can be caused by a faulty air switch or a damaged wire. If you hear the fan running, then the sail switch could be not working or has failed and needs to be replaced. A broken blower fan motor can also trigger the F34 error code. It’s important to get the problem fixed as soon as possible, as it can lead to further damage to your oven if left unchecked.
