“Fast” F10K1 Rattle & manufacture year?

This AC was installed an indeterminate amount of time before I moved into this apartment, and the AC blows cold air but sounds very bad, a consistent rattle that sounds mechanical in nature but I’m not an HVAC expert. This Fast brand AC is nowhere on the internet and I have no way to find out the age of this machine, so I can suggest to the landlord that it be inspected as it’s almost summer and I don’t want to end up with no AC. Thanks to anyone that can help, and let me know if the link to the photos has expired and I can make a new link.
