"I found the problem with your expert guidance... Several other sites either didn't respond at all, or responded with completely wrong information. You are the only guy who didn't lead me down the wrong road!! I talked to Whirlpool direct, twice, and they told me that "no water was hooked up". Then I talked to a local service man here, who confirmed it!? Obviously, they were all dead wrong. Not even close, and one of them said he had been servicing these units for 28 years."
