Shut OFF Magic Chef Dryer Buzzer

I am trying to find out how to turn off the buzzer on my Magic Chef dryer (model #YE224LV; serial #11228708QU). There is no visible switch to turn this off, so my guess is...is that I will have to disconnect a wire, etc. If anyone can tell me how to do this or what wire to disconnect I would be forever grateful...or at least my dog will be!

Hi,

I had a peek at the consol breakdown and the buzzer is mounted inside the consol beside the timer assy. With the power OFF... access the consol and you will see the buzzer. Just cut one of the wires leading to the buzzer with side cutters and tape the ends of the wires with black electrical tape... should be good to go :)

Thanks Jeff,
I took the console apart last night and found the buzzer. I didn't have to cut any wires, as they simply disconnected from the buzzer. I have been running the dryer, and all is going well.
