You didn't post your range's model number so I can't say for certain but if disconnecting power to the range didn't reset it, an F-1 fault code on that make of cooking appliance is usually caused by a defective control keypad or the electronic control itself. :(

It is sometimes possible to disconnect one from the other to see if the error message repeats or not. If the error returned *even while the keypad was disconnected*, it would usually eliminate the keypad as the cause point to the electronic control.

On models where the keypad and electronic control are one integral part which can not be separated, and F1 error can also be cause by a problem in the oven temperature sensor or its wiring circuit. It wouldn't hurt to test the oven sensor at the same time regardless.

The most common oven sensors used these days should usually read about 1100 ohms when at room temperature.

Can I purchase these parts on-line from you? If so, can you direct me to how to go about it?

You can purchase Magic Chef parts online but not from the Appliance411 web site. Our site sponsor RepairClinic (see the link below) can get any Magic Chef major home appliance parts which is still available. They have many of the common parts in stock and ready to ship.

Just enter your range's model number at the page linked below, answer the questions related to the part you're looking for and a list of parts for your model will be displayed for you to choose from.

BTW. You can find tips for locating the model and serial number tag on your appliances in the Appliance411 'Repair Parts' section.
