Caloric gas range ignitors

Having continued problems with burner ignitors for 12-year-old Caloric range (MODEL RSS358UWG).
New ignitors installed by authorized dealer don't seem to work much better - burners ignite maybe one try out of every 3. Have tried adjusting position of the burners, cleaning out around the ignitor, etc. with not success.
Suggestions?

If you're talking about the surface burners, sometimes the spark electrodes can be bent slightly to provide better alignment. Great care must be taken as to not crack their insulators though.

Have you tried cleaning the burner ports with a piece of wire? (Don't use a tooth pick as they can break off or leave splinters behind.)

The only other thing I can think of is possibly a weak spark module (see the link below).
