Jenn Aire Oven locking mechanism

I cannot get the locking mechanism to engage on my self-cleaning oven. The blower fan turns on and after about 30 seconds it shuts off. I have been able to use the self-clean feature before, but something has happened. This is a wall oven and is less than 5 years old. Thoughts?

It would have to be checked to see what the cause is. It could be a defective latch mechanism or defective latch switch(s) or defective controller depending on how your particular model (whichever that is) was designed.
