Tappan was the last brand I know of to make an 'over/under' range model. I was informed that they have recently discontinued production of them.
You may be able to find a Tappan dealer that still has some old stock in one of their warehouses. I know Sears used to sell that Tappan model along with the dealer linked below.
If you try contacted either directly, they may be able to tell you if they have one kicking around, maybe a floor model? I know neither have them listed in their on-line catalogs any longer.
You could also complain to Frigidaire as they make and own Tappan. Tell them that many people are still looking for those units to replace older models. Maybe they'll consider starting production again?
